Just a quick addition. The description says that you can't get along the beach section at high tide. We went at exactly three hours before high tide and only just managed to get through with dry feet. So it's worth checking the tide times and not doing the beach section within three hours either side of a high tide. Otherwise it's a long way back the way you came from.
