Enjoyable walk

Route: Ruthven and Glen Tromie Circuit

Date walked: 12/05/2016

Time taken: 4 hours

Distance: 10.5km

This is an enjoyable, quite easy walk, the first half in particular being delightful with lovely views. There are a couple of places where you need to take care not to stray from the right route. Firstly, shortly before the brow of the hill you need to go left on a narrower path and not continue on the main track which heads for upper Glen Tromie. Secondly, in the Woods of Glentromie you take the left fork towards a post.
