Never, Ever, Again!!

Route: Meall Glas and Sgiath Chuil from Glen Dochart

Munros: Meall Glas, Sgiath Chùil

Date walked: 18/04/2023

Time taken: 10 hours

Distance: 15.5km

Just a wee tip for you all. When Walk Highlands say “Extremely steep slopes between the two Munros; pathless terrain lower down and boggy paths.” What they actually mean is that you’ll be crawling up on your hands and knees, interspersed with being up to your bahooky in swamp!! Throw in some lovely snow patches and endless heather bashing and you’ll discover words you didn’t even know you knew!! 🤬. “Pathless terrain” was compensated with aiming for “that patch of snow that looks like a seahorse” but was countered with “no the patch that looks like a T Rex looks better”. Money well spent in those navigation courses!! 🤦‍♀️. But we did it, cos we’re just Pure. Dead. Brilliant 🤩 #scottishwomenswalkinggroup
