Well, what can I say?
It's been a journey, a 12-year journey! I could not have asked for a better day. The weather was cracking and everyone I wanted to be there was there bar one...
Bowled over with the amount of people who wanted to be with me on my special day. So humbled, I can't explain it!!!
I didn't just ask people to walk a mountain with me I also asked them to travel half the country to do it and they did. I will never get over this special day. It meant more to me about the people that were there and all my friends meeting each other and making new friends. Just priceless.
It truly was like my wedding! It is the longest, dedicated relationship I have ever had.
29 of us went up that hill, some I have done many with, and some it was their first, some really struggled but kept on going, just amazing!
No one was left behind, amazing unforgettable day.
31 of us for dinner, Ceilidh Place made it a great experience.
Thank you, thank you everyone for appreciating how much this meant to me, taking time off your work and traveling miles, and for the amazing gifts. Your presence would have been enough.
Thank you to all of you whom I have walked the Scottish mountains with and who have helped me complete those long, remote, trickier weeks and weekends with. You know who you are
I am going to stop now before I start crying again lol
Love you all.
And for the Corbetts
I will upload some photos later xx
