I tried this route clockwise starting at South Pier. The first part as far as Grob Bay is great but no defined path. Had to scramble over rocks to get round a barbed wire fence at one point. Could not find a way back to the road south of the wind farm and the ground west of the turbines is overgrown, boggy and geerally unpleasant. Emerged on a newly laid footpath near Achamore Farm skirting the grounds of Achamore House ad eventually reaching the road.
