Family walk, The Whangie & Auchineden Hill

The girls had cleared out the walking kit shop in preparation for their Cub camp and needed to get their new boots good and muddy!
So on a beautiful sunny May bank holiday Friday we went up The Whangie.
The view for lunch is pretty awesome and the girls managed to point out The Cobbler and Ben Lomond!
We then carried on round and up to the trig point on Auchineden Hill, which was also scaled!
From there we took the path across the top and back down to the car park.
The boots were well and truly broken in... Especially Lili's as she insisted on walking through every muddy puddle available, one of which came up over the top of her boots!!
