- Ideal day out: I enjoy a walk which can challenge me a little but due to being a solo walker I always stick to safer walks incase of the unexpected.
My ideal walk would be a nice walk in with photo opportunities, with a mix Land Rover tracks and paths leading into the countryside.
I have had a bad ACL injury so tend to avoid steep gradients as it can flare up afterwards. Working to getting back to full fitness.
