Thought I would share my route for anyone just wanting a hill walk between 1and 2 hours long, also reaching a Marilyn Peak.

Stage 1 - I parked at Caddenfords Parish church. There is space for about 2 cars at the side of the road there. Heading left through the cemetery I came to an opening to a wooded area and a sign there saying "Prayer Walk". If you get the chance, it is lovely to read these signs as they are dotted around the area, inviting you to take a reflective moment

Stage 2 - heading up you'll see a stile and then a steep slope up to a main path. Once up, start following that main grassy path as it heads to the stream and begins to follow it.

Stage 3 - I was able to follow this path for a while, but lost it at a field. Just take whatever route you feel best, I went diagonally across the field, as long as you're heading towards the soon to be visible structure at the summit.

Stage 4 - take in the view and head back the way you came
