A stunning day on Beinn an Lochain

Route: Beinn an Lochain

Corbetts: Beinn an Lochain

Date walked: 06/04/2014

Time taken: 4 hours

Distance: 5.5km

Ascent: 720m

Thought it was about time I posted my first walk report. Early in April, myself and two friends decided to take the drive up to Arrochar to take advantage to the (somewhat) clear weather we were having that weekend. Although we did end up getting caught in a few little downpours, the walk was fantastic with stunning views all day.

Beinn an Lochain is now firmly rooted as one of my favorite climbs so far.

It's always amazing to see just how quickly the cloud can roll in....

Time for a quick bite to eat
