not quite bidean

well left the hse at 5am with joe intending on doin bidean nam bian..set off from the carpark just after 7am with the rain cutting down sideways..there was a cpl of looks between us as too say what the ell are we doin here..anyway off wee set ...wind blowing us all over the place until we reached the gully where it was actually mild ...the further up the valley the snow started..once we reached the lochans we then had another assessment of the weather and off we went to the ridge to the right off the lochans..bearing in mind we were being sheltered from the west wind soon as we hit the ridge things changed..jackets and even the rucksack fastners were freezing over no to mention the contast pins and needles feeling from the hail and snow..well we reached the summit of stob corrie nan lochan then thought...were no celebrities get us outa here and off we descended back down the way we came...drovers inn here we came for a well deserved burger and a small refreshment happy days................... happy winter walking people and stay safe
