Glen Shiel
Date walked: 01/02/2011
The year 2000 and my first Munro. Notes thin on the ground at this stage. walked with CC, Mo and my teenage son Steve.
Climbed The Forcan Ridge to The Saddle, Steve like a rock monkey, dropped into Bealach Coire Mhalagain and took a huge hike round the base of Sgurr na Sgine which Steve wasn't so impressed with. To this day I have still to go back and climb Sgurr na Sgine but to do the day justice I will of course have to include The Saddle.
