Now onto the old stalkers path....zig zag path at first then a sea of heather where the path becomes difficult to follow however just aim for the footbridge marked on the bigger scale map. The path is then good for bit then an ocean of deep heather takes over however persevere and at around 600 metres before the descent to RA Bothy the path becomes easier to follow. A fine old path that just needs more boots to redefine it or for an industrial strimmer to be used.

After a great deal of boulder hopping and changing sides of the stream the waterfall came into view and a wee path to follow to get around the feature.

After a walk through deepish heather and treading carefully around the two early flowering Ericas and many flowering Bog Asphodel eventually picking up a wee path that took me into the big Coire.
The interlocking spurs hide much of the inner Coire.
