Beinn Bhuidhe
Route: Beinn Bhuidhe, from Inverie
Corbetts: Beinn Bhuidhe
Date walked: 09/08/2020
Time taken: 7 hours
Distance: 19.5km
Ascent: 1120m
I did the WH route in sunny conditions. It is an excellent route, with unique views over Loch Nevis.
Just one point to mention. The hills were still pretty well saturated from all the rain in previous weeks, and the descent from the ridge down between the lochs and then down to Kilchoan was quite demanding. There is effectively no path. The steep bits were very slippery and the flat bit before the lochs was really boggy. After a dry spell it would be much better.
