Hi

I'm Rambo the dog, on saturday i went up a walk up this lovely hill with my owner, Bruce, and my auntie, Lesley.
I had a great time right from the start.
After leaving the car park we walked past the power station and along the side of the road until we turned up to the gate to start our climb. I got slightly confused with the gate and my Bruce kept calling me a jackass as i couldnt get through the gate but i got close to it, it swung shut. I was scared for the first but not the last time of the day.

Once on the road up to the base of the hill was a lovely walk, i got to run free and smell all sort of lovely flowers and grass and when no-one was looking sneak a bite out of the cow pats!! A little further up we came across this big scary looking beast, Bruce and Lesley didnt seem to bother to much with it but i wasn't taking any chances so i growled at it and hid behind Bruce's leg as we walked past.

Once we reached a small bridge at the bottom of the hill we stopped for a quick drink before setting off up the hill. The bottom was nice and soft with some long grass for me to run thru but i didnt account for the fact there may be some mucky areas in amongst it all. At one point i got my back legs stuck n the muck and my owner kept calling me an asshole for gettin dirty. I looked for sympathy and help but i got called names instead. Luckily i managed to get myself free pretty quickly and up the hill we went.

Bruce and Lesley were walking really slow so i kept running in front and back again just to keep myself busy. On the way up we met a few other walkers, they all wanted to pat me but i just wanted them to get out of my way so i could run up further.

Just over half way up there was a few steep and big steps that my littles legs couldnt quite get up, i wanted my owner to help me but he just called me an asshole and laughed at me, eventually he did lift me up the big steps. near the top there is a lot of big rocks looking over at the other hills. I really enjoyed standing at the end of them and kidding in i was like simba in the lion king.

Once we reached the top the views were amazing and worth all the effort we put in to get there, i even got a few biscuits at the top.

This was my first munro but definately wont be my last.
