Hello first mountain report.
I thought this route would be worth reporting, I started the trek from Camusvrachen and headed south. 30mins into the walk I was approached by a farmer who wasn’t happy I would be waking as two teams of people were out shooting deer, after a long drawn out conversation he agreed I could walk the route and reluctantly told me I was on the wrong path and told me where to go. Heading up to the first Munro Meall a’Choire Leith was a slog up a field following an old wall, visibility wasn’t great at the top as I headed to the second, I had downloaded a gpx route onto my watch and was following this route by another hiker the route it’s self for me was tough and long with lots of cloud cover and back tracking to get all 7, after the 6th Munro I headed to the furthest away Meall Greith after falling on my farter several times on the decent. Finally finishing the 7th I followed the gpx route but I wouldn’t recommend doing this route as there was no set path to follow I slowly walked slipped and tripped my way back down the glen towards where I started, I had to navigate my way through the streams and forest area and follow the river through a farm to take me back. I the route was long and challenging I wouldn’t go alone or at the very least without some sort of GPS device as the cloud cover was so bad apart from the last Munro. Hope this helps someone.
