fairy pools with slaighan path first
Route: Fairy Pools and Coire na Creiche
Date walked: 08/05/2014
Time taken: 3.5 hours
Distance: 8.5km
Ascent: 390m
Took note of other posting referring to clockwise route as it was the best idea. Don't be put off with the amount of people doing the quick 20min walk to the waterfalls and fairy pools as if you take the sligahan path on the left up to the top of the plateau it is a nice walk in any weather. We got to see the enormity of the Cullin's and some day I will get up there.
They are huge and from this walk you get a glimpse into Skye and views of the Cullin's that are hard to beat.
Great introduction to Cullin's and views that will be hard to beat at low level.
