Top to Tail in Skye, a trip from the north to the south
Date walked: 29/08/2021
Time taken: 6 days
Distance: 162km
Did the Skye Trail but added the Sleat Peninsula on at the end of the walk . We had glorious conditions (apart from the Trotternish ridge section where it was a bit blowy!).
I thought the below video log of the trip maybe of interest. In addition to the Harvey map and OS maps we used The Skye Trail booklet made by walkhighlands Paul and Helen and would highly recommend taking this guide in addition to the maps outlined. A fabulous trip in a fabulous part of the world:)
