Monamenach is a rounded dome that ranks amongst the easiest of the Corbetts. The position at the head of Glen Isla is a fine one, and the summit offers good views towards the Caenlochan Glen. It can also be climbed as part of a longer circuit taking in the Munros of Creag Leacach and Glas Maol.
