A' Ghlas-bheinn is a rough and rocky little mountain that is well seen from near Morvich in Kintail. Its ascent can easily be combined with a visit to the famous Falls of Glomach.

It is difficult to combine A' Ghlas Bheinn with neighbouring Beinn Fhada as the latter presents forbiddingly steep slopes to the Bealach na Sgairne. If attempting both Munros together, it is best to use the Coire na Sgairne stalkers' path.
