Meall na Teanga is a steep dome, one of the two Loch Lochy Munros, rising above the forestry as seen from the A82 on the opposite side of the loch. Its rounded summit has several satellite peaks, divided by scooped coires.

The route above from Kilfinnan is the most straightforward. Alternatively, a circuit can be made from Eas chia-aig falls, initially following a right of way, but this crosses boggy ground around the Allt Cam Bhealaich.
