The same storm caused extensive flooding in nearby Ballater causing major problems for numerous local businesses and causing many people to be evacuated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bridge which was originally built in 1892 had only just undergone a \u00a3420,000 upgrade when Storm Frank struck.
