The MCofS is asking hillwalkers to let them know if they have ever crossed the railway line from the Forestry Commission car park in Glen Lochy on the way to Ben Lui. It is hoped that if enough walkers provide evidence that the line is being crossed, Network Rail may consider putting in a crossing. <\/p>\n<p>Walkers will not have to provide contact details so there is no danger of people incriminating themselves. In addition, the MCofS, which will collect and collate the data, is not subject to Freedom of Information requests and any personal data would also be protected under the Data Protection Act.<\/p>\n<p>The form can be accessed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcofs.org.uk\/assets\/access\/access%20reporting%20formfinal.pdf\">here<\/a> and needs to be completed and returned by 30 June.
