Yewbarrow
Yewbarrow is an extremely steep, wedge-shaped fell rising impressively above Wasdale. Its traverse makes an entertainingly rough walk with a fine ridge sweeping up at the south end and then a scrambly descent down to Dore Head, one the top of Lakeland's biggest scree-run but now badly eroded.
