We have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are happy to share our love of this special island. We can give advice on walks and excursions or arrange for you to partake on adventure activities such as kayaking or mountain biking. We can lend you bikes and kayaks and have a sauna for relaxation afterwards. Our adjacent cottage is available for self-catering.

Situated within the village of Brodick on Arran, a short walk from the ferry and the heart of the village a great central location to visit the whole island from.Visitors can enjoy beautiful views across the bay to Brodick castle and the spectacular Arran mountains with the summit of Goatfell.Dunvegan House is a traditional sandstone building that has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout to create a spacious four star licensed guest house offering guests breakfast and dinner.

Close to the ferry terminal and all local amenities, Belvedere is in an elevated position overlooking Brodick Bay towards Goat Fell, the tallest mountain on the island.Our aim is to provide you with informal comfort and a great breakfast in a homely setting.
