Sunnybrae is a beautiful 4-bedroom highland home standing in its own secluded, sunny gardens with easy access (about 400 metres walk) to the village of Braemar in the Scottish Highlands. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity included. South facing with double-glazed windows looking out on magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Close by are Balmoral Castle, Ballater and, of course, the Cairngorms. Braemar is excellently situated as a base for hill-walking, golf (18 hole golf course), touring, skiing, fishing or simply a peaceful holiday at any time of the year.

Morrone House Braemar

Morrone House is a fabulous, spacious, 4-bedroomed highland house with spectacular views over the mountains and Cairngorms National Park. South facing with secluded gardens. Mar Cottage Braemar

This detached, stone-built, south facing, cottage stands in a fabulous location in Braemar overlooking the world-famous Highland Games Park with picturesque view to the mountains. Only 5 minutes’ walk to the village centre amenities. This tranquil setting is a great base to explore the mountains, biking, golf and the beautiful walkways of the Balmoral and Mar Estates within a short drive.

Mar Cottage comprises three bedrooms (one double, two twin), open plan kitchen/dining room, sunny lounge with wood burning stove, bathroom (with bath). Large enclosed garden with summer house for storage, BBQ.
