Now refurbished with under-floor central heating, renewable heating technology and WiFi included at BT rural line speed. Red squirrels are frequent visitors to the south-facing garden and roe deer are often seen at dusk browsing the surrounding woods. The cottage's fabulous and peaceful location creates an ideal base for exploring Galloway. There is wonderful walking in the surrounding area and the footpath to the summit of Scotland's most southerly Corbett, Cairnsmore of Fleet, runs past the cottage.
