The Cabin has been furnished to a very comfortable level; in the past it was our own home from home but we are now offering it as a holiday home to guests. It has a fully fitted and kitted kitchen area should you wish to cater at home and has both gas and charcoal BBQs in the garden. Fabulous wood burning hot tub. Although we are a bit off the beaten track it is only a 10min walk to the local hotel - Kintail Lodge Hotel. There is also a shop and filling station nearby.

Completed in 2011, our purpose-built, very well equipped cottage will provide everything you need to make the most of your self-catering holiday on Loch Duich. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people (6 by prior arrangement), large comfortable lounge, luxurious kitchen, utility, patio with garden furniture. Wonderful sun room with spotter scope for birdwatching, otters and seals playing below the house, watching wild deer, and our Highland cattle and lambs.

The area is steeped in history - visit the 2000-year-old brochs, Hanovarian Barracks or Eilean Donan Castle..A trip over the short ferry crossing to Skye taking the old drove road to the main part of the island and back via the bridge and Hamish MacBeth country is well worth the effort. Walking, bird spotting, climbing or simply absorbing the views are all popular pastimes.

There are ample drying facilities so you can be ready for your next day out! The house has two sitting rooms with a wood burning stove in the larger room and the TV and free WiFi in the smaller. There is a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room.
