We love the way the studio has turned out and are offering it to let on a weekly basis to anyone who shares our opinion of the premises. It is really only suitable for two people and accommodation in Plockton of this size and at this price is not common.

The Cabin has been furnished to a very comfortable level; in the past it was our own home from home but we are now offering it as a holiday home to guests. It has a fully fitted and kitted kitchen area should you wish to cater at home and has both gas and charcoal BBQs in the garden. Fabulous wood burning hot tub. Although we are a bit off the beaten track it is only a 10min walk to the local hotel - Kintail Lodge Hotel. There is also a shop and filling station nearby.

Heron cottage is cute and cosy, a great base for outdoor exploring, central to the very best of the West Highlands, near to Eilean Donan Castle, Dornie, Kintail, Plockton, Glenelg, Applecross, Isle of Skye, Inverness. The landscape is spectacular. The cottage is located at the road end of Camuslongart. The front garden has immediate access to the shore if you have a kayak or boat. The cottage is small but cosy; lounge, double bedded room and twin room, galley kitchen, dining table opposite, walk-in shower room, wc, electric heating and hot water.
