As well as wood burning stoves and plenty of hot water, the cottages have utility rooms with washer/dryers for storing and drying wet gear. We are located on the stunning Stoer peninsula (north west of Lochinver) which has an abundance of opportunities for short walks. The area's Corbetts and Munros are only short drives away.

Lovingly refurbished keeping the character of the white washed stone cottage but with today’s conveniences makes this a wonderful place to stay. Bruaich Rainich, Gaelic for Bracken Brae, is a traditional crofters family home. Built from local stone during 1923 by the Grandfather of the current owner. Set in a peaceful hollow beneath the hills in the village of Polbain near Achiltibuie, every window provides stunning views of Tanera island, Loch Broom and the Torridon Mountains beyond.
