This excellent short walk visits the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct and has superb views of Loch Shiel; the constructed path is fairly steep in places.

Terrain

The path climbing above the viaduct and down to the station is an improved hill path with a stony surface; the rest of the route is on easy tracks.

Bus or train to Glenfinnan.

Start

Car park at Glenfinnan off the N side of the A830, south of the bridge over the River Finnan. . Open start point in Google Maps for directions.
