Beinn a' Chaisgein Mor is one of the least known amongst the inaccessible peaks of the Fisherfield and Letterewe forests. It has a rolling summit area but nevertheless it rises in impressive crags above Carnmore.

The shortest routes to this mountain are still epic - starting from Gruinard Bay to the north. It is also possible to approach via Carnmore, walking in from Poolewe via Kernsary, making use of superb stalkers' paths - as described in our route.
