Beinn Loinne is a long ridge on the south side of Loch Cluanie. Though a familiar sight along the A87 its summit is fairly remote.

Other routes and challenges

It is also possible - and perhaps more attractive - to ascend along the ridge from the east. The Loch Loyne dam is the usual starting point for this approach, or the Cluanie Dam. A traverse could be made by descending by the above route, if transport permits.
