Breabag and the Caves of Assynt

Other routes and challenges

The above route traverses the ridge using two routes from the west - a quicker option is to head up and back using the ascent route. The eastern side of Breabag has great character but requires a very long approach up Glen Oykel.

It is possible to continue from Breabag up onto Conival but the ascent to the latter is exceptionally rough and steep.
