The above circuit is a full traverse; a much shorter circuit can be had by descending from the bealach after the main summit.
The shortest and most straightforward ascent is to use the Forestry Commission marked path up through Coire Chondlaich from Glenmore and return the same way. This offers a great introduction to hillwalking on a fine summer's day - though as with all Scottish hillwalks, the route is not waymarked on the hills itself.
