Rois-bheinn round from Inverailort
Other routes and challenges
The classic route is the complete horseshoe walk around the ridges from Lochailort as described. A less enjoyable alternative starts from Alisary to the west, heading up the south side of the Alisary burn - which is very boggy and awkward, with tussocks above in Coire na Cnamh. An Stac can then be climbed up and down from the bealach, and the route continued up to Bealach an Fhiona. Sgùrr na Ba Glaise is then ascended, before returning to climb Rois-bheinn and then descending the west ridge of the latter, with steep grass down to a very rough hydro track that continues to Roshven Farm.
