Cairnsmore of Fleet

The most southerly 2000 foot summit in Scotland, the Cairnsmore of Fleet is a popular hill with several routes of ascent. These all lead up to the summit with the ruins of a bothy, a big cairn and a memorial to eight air crashes. The views over Wigton Bay are superb.
