Helvellyn is the third highest mountain in England and perhaps the most climbed of all. The culminating point of a great north-south massif it sweeps gently down to the west whilst its finest features and corries are to the east, where Red Tarn is cradled between the ridges of Swirral and Striding Edge.
There are 3603 Walkhighlanders who have climbed Helvellyn. They have contributed 79 public walk reports including this summit. These are ordered below with the most popular ones first. The rightmost column shows how many summits were included in their report, which may help you to find the most relevant reports.
