The Am Bodach part of the Mamores ridge could also be climbed from Kinlochleven, perhaps combining with Stob Coire a' Chairn and Na Gruagaichean.

The classic epic challenge for the hyper-fit is to traverse the whole Mamores ridge in a day - a major undertaking. There are eight Munros on or close to the main ridge itself, plus two eastern outliers which are traditionally included.
