Just the route given above is demanding, but it can be extended by the very fit.

You could optionally include Beinn nan Aighenan as a detour, and after Glas Bheinn Mhòr to take in Stob Coire an Albannaich and Meall nan Eun - doing all five would be a huge challenge.
