Summary

Skiddaw is the fourth highest mountain in England and looks very handsome in views from the south, a perfect backdrop to the town of Keswick. Closer aquaintance reveals a smooth and rounded hill lacking in many distinguishing features; the normal route of ascent is very easy in good weather, given the great altitute of the fell.

There are 2419 Walkhighlanders who have climbed Skiddaw. They have contributed 43 public walk reports including this summit. These are ordered below with the most popular ones first.
