Other routes and challenges

Chno Dearg is almost invariably climbed by the route given above, but there are other, more remote possibilities. One is to start from Corrour Station and ascend via the Garbh-bheinn ridge. Stalkers paths head across the flanks from near Strathossian House - but any approach to here makes it very long.
