Sgùrr na Banachdich is one of the easiest Munros in the Skye Cuillin, if climbed via Coir nan Eich. Nonetheless it has a fine pointed summit and magnificent views, lying at the meeting point of three great scramblers' ridges.

The complete round of Coire Ghreadaidh is described as an optional extension to the Sgùrr a' Mhadaidh and Sgùrr a' Ghreadaidh route.

Another option is the Sgùrr nan Gobhar ridge - very unpleasant to reach, but then with good straightforward scrambling along the crest. It is also possible to ascend from the Bealach Coire na Banachdich, with very airy, challenging scrambling to negotiate or avoid three tops.
