Bogton Braes circuit, Comrie
Summary
This circular walk leads through the attractive pastoral countryside of lowland Perthshire. The section alongside the River Earn is attractive but is overgrown on the last part due to the river eroding the path when in flood. Much of the route is waymarked but some of the markers are missing, particularly on the riverside section.
Terrain
Mostly waymarked paths and fields. Sections of the path along the banks of the River Earn have been eroded by the river necessitating difficult detours through woodland. The route can be overgrown in summer so dry weather is best to avoid a soaking.

Comrie is served by both local and long-distance buses.
