Focusing on the Black Isle, the Cairngorms National Park and the North Coast 500 Route. Exclusive use hides to photograph red squirrels, pine martens or crested tits, a day on the hills with mountain hares or ptarmigan, or small group tours, we aim to get you in the right place at the right time. Our guides are highly experienced, award-winning photographers, offering as much or as little instruction as you require.

David leads individual and small group workshops across the Scottish Highlands, focusing on landscape and adventure images in locations off the beaten track, sometimes accessed by wild camping. Every workshop is bespoke - whether you are new to outdoors photography, or more experienced.

David has a teaching background in the arts to degree level, and has received awards for his landscape, adventure and environmental photos, as well as his tutorials for Walk Highlands. He's a regular contributor to the outdoor press and has been making pictures for over 35 years.
