Ben Aden (Beinn an Aodainn in Gaelic) is regarded by many as one of the finest Corbetts and as one of the most difficult summits to reach in Britain. The approach is epic from any direction whilst the mountain itself is exceptionally steep and rocky on all sides.

The approach is epic from any direction (not to mention the steepness and ruggedness once the peak is reached). The easiest approach is that described above along the north side of Loch Cuaich, but it can also be reached from Sourlies, itself a long walk from Inverie in Knoydart, or Strathan above Loch Arkaig.
