Other routes and challenges

Ben More and Stob Binnein can also be climbed from Inverlochlarig to the south - though this route usually involves a reascent over Stob Binnein on the return. The horseshoe walk around the hills circling the Allt Coire Chaorach is another option - though negotiating the forestry plantations requires some planning.

The epic challenge route hereabouts involves ascents of all the 7 Crianlarich Munros - an exceptionally demanding expedition over very rough terrain at times.
