Aros Castle, Glenaros

This short walk visits the remains of the 13th century Aros Castle - one of several castles that once guarded the shores of the Sound of Mull.


Good track by shore, return uses woodland paths with some ups and downs.

Public Transport

Bus to Glenaros.


Pull in near phonebox and postbox south of Aros Bridge on A848. Open start point in Google Maps for directions.
